What You'll Do
As a Production Machine Operator, you'll gain experience in multiple manufacturing processes while working in a fast-paced production environment.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery after completing company-provided training.
- Load and unload raw materials, components, and finished products.
- Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform basic measurements and quality checks using production tools and equipment.
- Accurately enter production and inventory information into computer systems.
- Review work orders, production schedules, and manufacturing specifications.
- Support machine setups, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting activities.
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (training available).
- Assist multiple departments based on production demands.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Meet daily production, safety, and quality goals.
- Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to ensure efficient operations.

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.

Preferred (But Not Required):
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, or machine operation experience.
- Forklift experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced industrial environment.
