Maintenance Mechanic - 2nd shift
Be part of a major expansion. We’re a global leader in semi‑finished ingredients for bakery, pastry, and gelato producers—now investing in our first U.S. facility. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you’ll play a key role in supporting production, improving equipment reliability, and shaping the future of our new site.
What You’ll Do
- Preventive maintenance — Perform routine PMs and complete required documentation.
- Equipment repair — Troubleshoot, repair, upgrade, and install machinery using a “final task” approach.
- Operator support — Assist line and machine operators to keep production running smoothly.
- Root cause analysis — Document issues and investigate failures when needed.
- Food safety compliance — Support HACCP and GMP requirements across the facility.
- Team communication — Work closely with leadership and coworkers in a fast‑changing environment.
What You Bring
- Strong troubleshooting skills and hands‑on mechanical repair experience
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and preventive maintenance
- Basic electrical skills and welding ability
- Ability to read technical documents and write clear reports
- Comfort working with computers and production systems
Preferred:
- Technical degree or trade school training
- 5–7 years of maintenance mechanic experience (food manufacturing a plus)
- Experience with high‑speed packaging, mechanical power transmission, and facility support equipment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $56000.00 - $67000.00/yr.
