Maintenance Technician – 3rd/2nd Shift
A fast‑growing, highly automated packaging facility is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support, troubleshoot, and repair advanced production equipment. This role works hands‑on with robotics, conveyors, AGVs, palletizers, and high‑speed packaging machinery while ensuring full compliance with OSHA, GMP, and facility safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and automation issues across robotics, AGVs, PLC‑controlled systems, and motor drives.
- Perform scheduled inspections and repairs to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
- Maintain case sealers, conveyors, vertical baggers, flow wrappers, heat tunnels, printers, weigh scales, balers, pallet wrappers, and robotic cells.
- Read blueprints, schematics, and manuals to support accurate repairs.
- Support installation and commissioning of new automation, including additional robotic arms.
- Participate in continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and recommending long‑term solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of industrial, manufacturing, or automated equipment maintenance experience.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Hands‑on experience with robotics, conveyors, vertical baggers, and high‑speed packaging equipment.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals.
- Experience with PLC‑controlled equipment and robotic cells.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $57200.00 - $57200.00/yr.
