CNC Machinist – Grow Your Skills in a High-Tech Precision Environment

What You’ll Do
- Operate CNC machines by loading materials, starting cycles, and safely unloading finished parts following established procedures
- Keep production moving by handling materials, stacking finished products, and supporting workflow efficiency
- Build your skills by learning to change inserts (within 6 months) and adjust machine offsets (within 3 months)
- Inspect parts using precision gauges and metrology equipment to ensure top-quality output
- Accurately record production data and maintain job information in ERP systems
- Follow blueprints, job instructions, and inspection requirements to meet quality and delivery goals
- Collaborate with your team to solve problems, improve processes, and maintain smooth operations
- Serve as a dependable team member who helps ensure safety, accuracy, and on-time production
What You Bring
- 1–4 years of CNC machining or operator experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset
- Experience working with CNC lathes (setup experience a plus)
- Ability to read basic blueprints and understand GD&T concepts
- Hands-on experience with measuring tools and quality inspection techniques
- Familiarity with ferrous and non-ferrous materials
- Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Bonus if you have:
- Experience with CNC turning centers, vertical machining centers, or Okuma controls
- Exposure to CNC programming or editing
- Experience with advanced inspection equipment (CMMs, optical comparators, etc.)
- Experience in high-tech or automated manufacturing environments

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00/yr.
