Description
The customer service analyst will be assigned to 1 key account and will be responsible for managing excel reports that need to be generated to the customer weekly on reporting the customer asks for. This will require email communication, advanced excel skills and a great level of detail.
-Gathering data from various legacy systems and departments
-Organizing the data into pivot tables and charts
-Presenting the information to the customer on a monthly basis
-Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including working with large datasets, creating pivot tables and charts
-Potentially editing macros in an existing Excel-based sales order entry form

Monday-Friday 8an-5pm
Skills & Qualifications
- advanced excel skills; pivot tables and v-lookups
- customer service skills; account management and email communication
- high school diploma
- must take advanced excel test and get 90% or higher
Nice Haves:
- Data analyst experience
- Excel Macros
