Job Title: Production Worker
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Production Worker, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production line. You will be responsible for loading and unloading parts, inspecting for defects, and assembling parts using hand tools while maintaining the pace of the production line.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload parts from the production line and inspect them for defects.
- Assemble parts according to specifications using hand tools.
- Perform inventory audits and reconcile daily electronic transactions.
- Mark defective parts for rework and place them in designated areas.
- Place all finished parts into shipping racks for delivery to customers.
Essential Skills
- Experience in material handling.
- Proficiency in using RF scanners and sit-down forklifts.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work overtime.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience working on an assembly line is a plus.

Work Environment
The facility is moderately climate-controlled, ensuring comfortable working conditions. Choose from various shifts, including 3rd shift (Sunday-Thursday nights), 2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm or 4pm-12am).
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, IL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.41 - $18.91/hr.
