🚀 What You'll Do
As a Shipping & Receiving Associate, you'll help keep our distribution center running efficiently by:
Picking customer orders using advanced warehouse technology such as RF scanners, voice-directed systems, conveyors, and automated equipment.
Packing and preparing products for shipment, ensuring every order is secure, accurate, and ready to delight customers.
Performing quality checks to verify order accuracy, presentation standards, and special packaging requirements.
Receiving incoming shipments, verifying inventory against shipping documents, and reporting any discrepancies.
Stocking inventory in designated warehouse locations and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Printing shipping and inventory labels while utilizing warehouse management and ERP systems.
Supporting shipping operations by preparing outbound shipments and coordinating with carriers, including FedEx and other logistics partners.
Safely moving products throughout the facility using pallet jacks and material handling equipment.
Keeping workstations and warehouse areas clean, organized, and safety-focused.
Working closely with teammates and supervisors to achieve productivity goals and deliver exceptional results.

🕔 1st Shift: Tuesday-Friday | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
🌙 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday | 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM
Weekend Days: Saturday-Monday | 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM
🌃 Weekend Nights: Friday-Sunday | 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM
💰 Additional shift differential pay is available for applicable non-standard shifts.
During the holiday peak season (Thanksgiving through Christmas), team members may have opportunities to work additional hours and overtime to support customer demand.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Romeoville, IL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.50/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
