Description
-Manage the branch division’s day to day operations and general administrative activities independently
-Work with the Branch, Account Manager and Field Supervisor in the execution of various office tasks and projects
-Perform general administrative duties for the branch office and assist with seasonal transition
-Provide quality customer service to all existing and prospective clients
-Communicate and resolve client issues in accordance with company guidelines
-Communicate and monitor branch deadlines
-Order and maintain branch office equipment and supplies
-Prepare and maintain enhancement proposals, work orders, and invoices
-Assist in the contract renewal process
-Maintain client data base
-Prepare, maintain and distribute various weekly/monthly/seasonal reporting to staff and customers
-Prepare and maintain job cost, productivity and gross margin reports
-Assist branch with payroll, time and attendance processes, and reports
-Participate and contribute in the company’s “lean management” principals and strategies
-Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required
