Position Summary
As a Senior Manager of Product Innovation, you will be part of a team leading the evolution of our pricing model. You will be critical to the successful growth of the PBM business as you bring to market vital initiatives focused on meeting the prescription benefit needs of our clients. In this individual contributor role, you will work at the intersection of product development, marketing, and sales. The Senior Manager will also work closely with senior leaders and business partners at all levels of the organization, you will help shape communications that demonstrate the value of our best in-class solutions.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$82,940.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.

Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating cross-functionally to gain knowledge of high-level product strategy as well as product details to clearly articulate the value to the market.
- Simplifying complex pricing and financial strategies to develop strategic product positioning.
- Creating operational strategies to meet client contract requirements by streamlining processes and improving workflows to support new capabilities.
- Communicating and presenting effectively to educate internal and external stakeholders on current product messaging.
- Supporting go to market efforts by developing ideal client fit criteria, forecasting, analyzing the market, and applying client feedback.
Your day to day requires:

Required Qualifications
- 7 + years of consulting, PBM, or product marketing / product management experience
- 5 years of experience within healthcare or related industries
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Proven success in managing product go to market campaigns
- Experience in PBM pricing or strategy
- Understanding of PBM industry
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Master's degree preferred.
