This is a remote-based position that requires close partnership with a single site, serving as a key facilities management resource for both the client and onsite operations teams.

What You'll Do:
- Serve as the primary facilities management support resource for the Waukegan site.
- Manage contractor relationships, service agreements, and contract compliance.
- Oversee work order (WO) management processes, ensuring timely completion and accurate reporting.
- Coordinate and manage SI7 activities, documentation, and operational requirements.
- Monitor and manage facilities budgets, forecasts, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Partner directly with client stakeholders, providing regular updates and responding to operational needs.
- Participate in monthly business and performance review meetings with internal and client teams.
- Support remote site management activities, ensuring maintenance, facility services, and building operations are consistently delivered.
