Job Title: Production Worker
Job Description:
We are seeking dependable Production Associates to support automated manufacturing operations. This role involves loading and unloading metal parts, performing basic machine functions, and conducting visual quality inspections. It is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load raw materials into automated machines.
- Remove finished metal parts from equipment.
- Operate machinery at a basic level (start/stop, monitor cycles).
- Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Sort, stack, and package completed parts.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Follow all safety guidelines and standard work procedures.
Essential Qualifications:
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours per shift).
- Ability to consistently lift up to 40 pounds.
- Willingness to work mandatory overtime, including Saturdays.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Steel-toe boots are required.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Prior manufacturing experience (may qualify for higher pay).
- Experience operating production machinery.
- Experience with quality inspection processes.

Work Environment:
This position operates on a fast-paced manufacturing floor that is not climate-controlled. Work involves automated machinery and repetitive, process-driven tasks.
Available Shifts:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:20 PM – 10:20 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:10 PM – 6:10 AM
Mandatory overtime, including Saturdays, is required for most shifts.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Batesville, IN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.45/hr.
