Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our procurement team, providing essential administrative support. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Count, open, identify, sort, log, upload, and scan all assigned daily mail, faxes, or keys.
- Assist with the daily shipment of documents/keys.
- Pull files and prepare folders consisting of titles, salvage titles, power of attorney's and other support documentation.
- Assist with handling inbound call volume as needed.
- Help locate lost documents when necessary.
- Conduct quality reviews of files for accuracy, ensuring all required/executable documents have been procured and the file is ready for billing.
- Communicate with internal employees and some clients or vendors via email, with minimal phone calls (2-5 calls a day).
- Adapt to changing responsibilities with minimal-to-no-notice based on business needs.
Essential Skills
- Administrative support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Experience in filing, mailroom operations, customer service, data entry, and file processing.
- Ability to multitask, such as working on dual screens, processing paperwork, and communicating via email.
- Good job tenure, with a stable work history.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (call center, administrative, or retail).
- High School Diploma or GED minimum.
Work Environment
This role is onsite, with no work-from-home options available. The work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility. The environment is carpeted and cubicle-based, with a strict attendance policy.
Compensation:$16
