Overview
We’re hiring a Machine Builder to assemble custom industrial equipment in a clean, shop environment. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who likes building from blueprints and working with a small team.
What You’ll Do
- Read and interpret blueprints to build custom machines
- Assemble mechanical components using hand and power tools
- Install conveyors, gearboxes, and motors
- Perform basic electrical wiring on equipment
- Fabricate and modify steel as needed
- Work with hydraulics and pneumatics during assembly
- Build machines from start to finish in a job shop environment
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with mechanical assembly or machine building
- Ability to read blueprints
- Comfortable using hand tools (must have your own)
- Basic knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
- Valid driver’s license

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dyer, IN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
