About the Position
Production Assemblers work within a highly organized cleanroom manufacturing environment, supporting automated assembly processes used to produce precision automotive components.
This role combines machine operation, assembly, quality inspection, and material handling in a fast-paced production setting. Employees are responsible for loading components into automated assembly equipment and ensuring products meet strict quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
The environment is clean, climate-controlled, and well-lit, offering a more comfortable experience than many traditional manufacturing facilities.
Job Responsibilities
- Read and follow detailed work instructions
- Load and unload automated assembly machinery
- Assemble basic mechanical and electrical components
- Fasten hardware and connect electrical connectors
- Perform visual inspections throughout the assembly process
- Maintain quality standards and production requirements
- Utilize basic computer systems as needed
- Lift and move materials weighing up to 25 pounds
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow all safety and cleanroom procedures
This position requires employees to be on their feet throughout the shift and remain focused on repetitive tasks while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Comfortable performing repetitive work
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience is beneficial but not required
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
