Job Title: Machine Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Machine Maintenance Technicians are responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting breakdowns as they occur on the manufacturing floor. The primary goal is to prioritize safety while minimizing downtime and optimizing production efficiency. Technicians will perform scheduled maintenance tasks on a variety of machines and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot breakdowns on the manufacturing floor.
- Perform scheduled maintenance tasks according to schedule.
- Replace or repair defective parts such as belts, bearings, motors, and sensors.
- Identify and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic problems on machines.
- Collaborate with team members to analyze and solve complex technical repairs.
- Calibrate and align machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Document all maintenance and repairs performed on the floor.
Essential Skills
- Industrial maintenance experience.
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics.
- Troubleshooting skills, specifically in electrical 480 Volt 3 phase motors.

Work Environment
The work environment is an extremely clean and organized automotive manufacturing setting. There are multiple shifts available: 1st shift from 6am-2:30pm, 2nd shift from 2pm-10:30pm, and 3rd shift from 10pm-6:30am.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $83200.00/yr.
