Patient Scheduling Coordinator (Entry Level)
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and compassionate Patient Scheduling Coordinator to support a high‑volume scheduling environment. This role is responsible for coordinating appointments, maintaining accurate electronic documentation, and serving as a key point of contact for patients and internal teams.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced call center setting, communicates effectively under pressure, and delivers high‑quality service while meeting strict deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently
- Follow and reinforce established scheduling policies and procedures
- Communicate clear and complete appointment information to patients and internal teams
- Audit, complete, and maintain electronic patient and case documentation in a timely manner
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
- Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients, peers, and supervisors daily
- Handle calls with empathy and professionalism, even in fast‑paced or high‑pressure situations
- Consistently demonstrate values centered on purpose, excellence, compassion, and teamwork

Required Qualifications (Must‑Haves)
- 2+ years of recent call center experience
- Strong customer service skills with an empathetic communication style
- High attention to detail, especially with data entry and documentation
- Ability to adapt quickly and support multiple departments when needed
- Ability to think quickly and respond professionally in time‑sensitive situations
- Strong verbal communication skills when interacting with diverse audiences
- Demonstrated professionalism and reliability in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications (Nice‑to‑Have)
- Bachelor’s degree

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
