📍 Location: On-site | 🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 7:30 AM–4:30 PM


About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Services Representative to serve as a vital link between our clients and internal call center teams. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Professionally correspond with clients via phone, email, and fax
  • Analyze and manage client accounts to resolve balance discrepancies
  • Perform data entry, post payments, and process adjustments
  • Request and review itemized bills from clients
  • Verify insurance eligibility and inspect bankruptcy notifications
  • Research and retrieve information from client portals
  • Generate and deliver client-specific reports
  • Provide administrative support to call center staff

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service or administrative roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Proficiency with 10-key data entry

Work Environment
