Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Production Associate to join our team. You will be provided with written work instructions, procedures, and hands-on training to operate specialized tools and million-dollar machines. Your primary role will involve applying ultra-thin nanotechnology materials for applications such as erosion resistance for aerospace and manufacturing tools. You will also be responsible for evaluating equipment performance, preparing and handling expensive customer products with precision, and maintaining a safe and organized workplace.
Responsibilities
- Operate specialized tools and high-value machinery to apply nanotechnology materials.
- Perform precise evaluation and preparation of equipment and paperwork.
- Handle customer products with care and accuracy.
- Evaluate equipment performance regularly.
- Ensure safety protocols are adhered to and maintain a well-organized workspace.
- Demonstrate respect for colleagues and a willingness to learn.

- Coating experience is required for the Coating Technician position.
