About the Role
As a CBRE HVAC Technician supporting a pharmaceutical client, you will work a steady Monday-Friday first shift schedule performing preventative maintenance, calibration, setup, service, and repairs on industrial HVAC and related systems that directly support GMP and GLP processes.
The role requires an EPA Universal certification and involves maintaining air handling units, VAV systems, automated control systems, and refrigeration equipment to ensure a safe, compliant, and highly controlled work environment essential to pharmaceutical production.

What You'll Do
- Install, repair, adjust, service and maintain electric or pneumatic control systems used for building heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and equipment, including calibration of related instruments, gauges, and control components.
- Inspect and conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation of equipment and compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and work safety.
- Demonstrated knowledge and hands on experience with VAV/CAV supply and exhaust systems.
- Work independently and safely around high and low pressure steam, chilled water, glycol, pneumatic systems, and electrical equipment.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and identify the best course of action for equipment modifications.
- Strong technical proficiency in pipefitting, brazing, soldering, and pipe threading.
- Read and interpret blueprints, with solid knowledge of state and local mechanical codes.
- Work in a multi craft environment, supporting and collaborating with other trades as needed.
- Perform all HVAC duties in a safe and compliant manner, following all local regulations and corporate safety procedures.
- Maintain up to date safety training, including required OSHA coursework and all assigned classroom or computer based modules.
