General Production Worker- Pay up to $23.55/hr- IN.
Location: Morristown, IN
Pay: up to $23.55/hr
Shift: 1st- Monday to Friday
2nd- 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM or 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, (Monday to Friday)
3rd- 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, (Sunday to Thursday)
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload molding tools during the production process.
- Inspect finished rubber products for defects.
- Count, sort, weigh, and package completed products.
- Monitor multiple production batches simultaneously.
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
- Follow quality standards and inspection procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety policies and PPE requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand for the entire shift.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Ability to read and understand English.
- Strong attention to detail and quality awareness.
- Good communication skills and reliable work history.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions.
- Comfortable performing repetitive production tasks.
