- Prior experience in a large manufacturing facility or high-volume production environment.
- Comfort working in a team environment with varying team sizes and shifts.
- Willingness to work different shifts, including first or second shift schedules.
You will join a supportive organization that offers second-chance opportunities and invests in employee well-being through on-site amenities and structured schedules. Multiple breakrooms offer comfortable spaces for rest, and the organization’s Christian-based culture includes an optional free lunch on Tuesdays for those who attend a Bible study. The company promotes stable, predictable work hours through four 10-hour shifts and offers shift premiums and attendance incentives for certain schedules, supporting both financial stability and work-life balance.
Work Environment
You will work in a very large manufacturing facility dedicated to producing bus seats and safety harnesses, using mild steel and high-volume welding processes. Teams range in size from approximately 50 to 150 people, depending on the shift, fostering a collaborative production environment. The standard schedule consists of four 10-hour days, with first shift running from 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and second shift from 5:00 p.m. to 3:30 a.m. Monday through Thursday, which includes a shift premium. A weekend shift option operates on Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with a perfect attendance bonus available each weekend.
