Job Title: General Production Worker $17.50-19/hour starting out
Openings on 1st and 3rd shift (12 hours)
Job Description
The General Production Worker will contribute to the assembly line. This role involves completing production orders accurately and safely, in a timely manner, while developing product knowledge and cross-training on other entry-level positions.
Responsibilities
- Operate hand and power tools with manual dexterity and hand-to-eye coordination.
- Learn product details and work efficiently under pressure.
- Stand for the entire shift with periodic walking of 5-15 feet depending on the assigned position.
- Engage in frequent stooping, bending, walking, carrying, and lifting, with a maximum lifting limit of 45 pounds individually.
- Collaborate with team members to safely carry or lift door panels exceeding 45 pounds.
- Push carts, requiring a force of up to 50 pounds, and occasionally pull to steer the cart.
- Perform production planning, scheduling, and inventory data entry tasks.

- Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
- Mechanical competence and a commitment to safety-conscious practices.
- Experience in manufacturing and inventory management.
Work Environment
This role requires extended time on your feet with frequent physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds. Appropriate training will be provided for tasks requiring physical effort. The work environment is safety-oriented, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
