Job Title: Production Worker – 2nd and 3rd Shift openings

Join a fast-paced production environment on 2nd and 3rd shift, contributing to consistent, high-quality output by feeding product into machinery, packing finished goods, and inspecting items to meet quality standards. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, can stay focused on repetitive tasks, and are comfortable working on their feet throughout the shift.
Responsibilities
- Feed product into production lines and equipment in a steady, accurate manner to maintain workflow and output.
- Pack finished products according to established procedures, ensuring correct quantities, labeling, and packaging standards.
- Inspect products for defects, damage, or inconsistencies and remove or report any items that do not meet quality requirements.
Essential Skills
- Proven ability to work in a production, general labor, or packing environment.
- Machine Operator experience is not required, but must have consistent work history.
- Strong attention to detail when feeding, packing, and inspecting products.
- Ability to stand for the entirety of the shift without loss of focus or performance.
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 30 lbs on a regular basis.

Work Environment
This position is based in a production facility operating a 2nd shift schedule from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., and 3rd shift is 11 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Thursday through Monday (Tuesday/Wednesday off). The work is hands-on and physically active, requiring standing for the entire shift and regularly lifting up to 30 lbs. The environment is fast-paced, with ongoing product flow and repetitive tasks such as feeding, packing, and inspecting items. Safety is a priority, and steel toe shoes or boots are required attire to protect your feet while working around equipment and materials.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.25 - $19.25/hr.
