What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and produce media for petri dishes (APR/MPR)
- Handle, clean, and inspect petri dishes with care and accuracy
- Follow standard operating procedures to meet quality and production goals
- Perform basic quality checks to ensure product excellence
- Use basic math skills (calculator) to track counts and verify quantities
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace by following all protocols
- Collaborate with your team—or work independently as needed
What You Bring:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Comfort with standing, repetitive tasks, and lifting up to 50 lbs, and push up to 500 lbs kettles
- Basic English skills for reading instructions and completing documentation
- A reliable work ethic and eagerness to learn

Work Environment & Schedule:
- Cleanroom/production setting with provided PPE (hair nets, safety glasses, etc.)
- Climate-controlled workspace (some areas with moderate noise; hearing protection provided)
- 1st Shift: Early mornings, Mon–Thurs
- Overtime available during peak production
What to Expect Physically:
- Standing and moving throughout your shift
- Repetitive lifting (up to 50 lbs), pushing (up to 500 lbs), and twisting
- Hands-on work with small components requiring precision
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of LENEXA, KS.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.55/hr.
