Description
Duties & Responsibilities
• Establish program goals aligned with organization’s strategic vision, often developing roadmaps and resource plans to guide execution.
• Build, lead, and manage multi-disciplinary teams, providing direction, support coaching, and fostering a collaborative environment to achieve goals.
• Mentor, coach, and support project managers and team members, facilitating their professional development and ensuring high team performance.
• Provide strong leadership and direction.
• Foster a culture of innovation, transparency, and accountability within the teams.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks and issues, developing strategies to overcome obstacles and ensure successful outcomes.
• Evaluate program outcomes, implement best practices, and drive process enhancements to improve organizational efficiency and program delivery.
• Allocate resources, manage budgets, and track expenditures to ensure delivery within financial constraints.
• Report on success criteria, metrics, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
• Produce program reports that monitor program performance and ensure governance standards are met.
• Directly manage or assist in managing vendors.
• Other duties as assigned.
