Job Overview
We are looking for an Electronics Assembler to join our team in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility. In this role, you'll assemble electronic products, work with small components and circuit boards, and help ensure products meet quality standards. This is a great opportunity for someone with assembly or manufacturing experience who wants to grow their skills in electronics.
Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic parts and products by following work instructions and visual guides.
- Work with small components, wires, and circuit boards.
- Use hand tools and basic power tools to complete assembly tasks.
- Inspect products to make sure they meet quality standards.
- Assist with product testing and basic troubleshooting.
- Perform quality checks and report any issues.
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all safety and production procedures.
- Support different departments and learn new processes through cross-training.
- Work closely with team members to meet production goals.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of assembly or manufacturing experience.
- Ability to work with small parts and pay close attention to detail.
- Comfortable using hand tools and basic power tools.
- Ability to follow written instructions and visual work guides.
- Able to stand for most or all of the shift.
- Able to lift up to 35 pounds when needed.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and work in different areas as needed.
Work Environment
- Clean, climate-controlled facility.
- Work with small electronic components and circuit boards.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
- Most positions require standing throughout the shift.
- Team-focused environment with training and growth opportunities.
- Monday through Friday schedule with every other Friday off.
Monday to Thursday 6:00am-3:30pm,
Friday 6:00am-2:30pm. Every-other-Friday off.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Olathe, KS.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
