BIM Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a talented BIM Manager to design and deliver comprehensive training programs that cover all Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) processes and tools. The role involves collaborating with project teams and management to assess skill levels and identify training needs, developing and maintaining training materials, and ensuring continuous professional development for all team members.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for all VDC processes and tools.
- Collaborate with project teams and management to assess skill levels and identify training needs and gaps.
- Develop and maintain training materials, ensuring they are updated with the latest industry standards and software updates.
- Design and manage structured training programs for the VDC team, ensuring alignment with department goals.
- Collaborate with the VDC Supervisor to provide tailored training as required by specific projects.
- Track the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in VDC/BIM software, including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, ACC, and Evolve.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in VDC/BIM, with a focus on training and development.
- Strong knowledge of Revit, BIM, Revit MEP, Navisworks, Bluebeam, BIM 360, Electrical modeling.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Advanced degree or certifications in VDC/BIM is a plus.
Work Environment
The work environment requires a collaborative approach with project teams and management. You will work with the latest VDC/BIM software and be responsible for keeping training materials up to date with industry standards. The role supports the continuous professional development of team members through comprehensive and structured training programs.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Shawnee Mission, KS.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
