Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Pick Pack Associates to join our warehouse team in Elizabethtown, KY. This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates looking to start immediately. The position involves selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order requirements
- Pack products securely to ensure safe delivery
- Label and prepare shipments for dispatch
- Use handheld scanners or basic inventory systems (training provided)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
- Follow company safety guidelines and procedures
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments if needed
Qualifications
- No prior experience required (entry-level friendly)
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations is a plus
- Must be detail-oriented and reliable
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30–50 lbs throughout the shift
