Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from award to completion. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deadlines are met while maintaining a high level of organization. This role involves developing and maintaining customer relationships, acting as the primary liaison between the company and project owners' representatives, and promoting a safe work environment. The Project Manager will work independently as well as with the estimating/project management team and update weekly/monthly project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from award to completion.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet critical deadlines.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Act as the primary liaison between the company and project owners' representatives.
• Promote a safe work site for each project.
• Update weekly/monthly project schedules.

Essential Skills

• Project management experience in commercial construction and civil site projects.
• Minimum of 8 years of project management experience (consideration given to those with at least 5 years).
• Proficiency in Bluebeam and Procore.
• Civil construction experience (not building).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Construction Management is a plus.
• Experience in estimation is a plus.

Work Environment

The work environment includes both office settings and project sites primarily located in Kentucky or Southern Indiana. The current team consists of 2 Project Managers and 2 Estimators.
