We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Shift Mechanical Assembler to join our team. You will perform mechanical assemblies of cooling units used in AI data centers. This position involves creating sub-assemblies in a repetitive process. You will follow blueprints and work with your supervisor to ensure verbal instructions are accurately followed. The role involves working in stations to build units with slight variations, though overall they are similar.
Responsibilities- Perform mechanical assemblies of cooling units for AI data centers.
- Conduct sub-assemblies repetitively.
- Follow blueprints and supervisor's verbal instructions.
- Work at stations to build units with slight variety.
- 1+ years of assembly experience.
- Ability to use hand tools, including screwdrivers.
- Proficiency in reading work instructions and blueprints.
- Experience in mechanical assembly, electrical, and wiring.
- Mechanical assembly skills are a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Any electrical experience would be a bonus.

Work EnvironmentWork in a brand new manufacturing facility with a team of 30 on each shift. The hours are from 7 am to 3:30 pm. The dress code is casual, allowing jeans or plain pants with a plain t-shirt, and there is no requirement for steel-toe shoes.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Billerica, MA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.51 - $22.51/hr.
