Description
- Independently plan and execute assigned project tasks while contributing to the overall success of the project team.
- Develop design concepts and communicate design intent through drawings, models, renderings, and presentations.
- Prepare and coordinate construction documents throughout all phases of project delivery.
- Coordinate with consultants and integrate structural, MEP, civil, and specialty systems into project documentation.
- Apply knowledge of building systems, materials, codes, accessibility requirements, and constructability in design solutions.
- Participate in client, consultant, and stakeholder meetings and communicate project progress effectively.
- Conduct site visits, field verification, and existing conditions assessments as needed.
- Support quality control through careful document coordination, technical review, and adherence to firm standards.
- Participate in construction phase services, including responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, and conducting site observations.
- Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced designers while continuing to develop technical and professional expertise.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $38.00 - $44.00/hr.
