About this Position
This role supports the day-to-day operations of a residential property management office. You’ll serve as a front-facing point of contact for residents, vendors, and internal teams while keeping administrative workflows organized and running smoothly.
Job Skills/Requirements
2+ years of administrative or office support experience
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Experience supporting calendars, meetings, reporting, records, and general administrative operations
Proficiency with common office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
