Good tenure*** 6. Near perfect Attendance needed Customer Service Reps are taking 200 calls a day from incoming patients of DRs for their clinics which are Hospitals and Smaller Health Clinics. Their job is to determine who's on call at a client, pull up contact info in database and triage the call to the appropriate contact. KPI's: 85% of calls within 30 seconds. Since we are a 24/7 call center, we do not have set shifts. Instead, we have a window that allows us some flexibility when scheduling. For example, someone that is hired for a first shift must be available to work as early as 6:30am and as late as 6pm. They will not work 6:30am-6pm, but they will work between these hours. Schedules are made typically 3-4 weeks in advance, so they always know what they are working. All shifts require working every Saturday or Sunday. This is a requirement. We will send which weekday we are looking for and the shift when we reach out to you for assistance with recruiting. At this time, I want to focus on second shift, as we discussed, if you find anyone open to working Friday, Sat, Sun and Monday 2nd shift 4x10 we would be 100% open to that. We do not have an existing shift so this would be something specific we would create just for that candidate. 2 second shifts open, 2pm-11pm requires working every Saturday, they will have Sunday and another day off during the week ( may not be consecutive) 2 first shifts –( between 7am-6pm) requires working every Sunday, they will have Saturday and another day off during the week ( may not be consecutive) Training is typically 10:30 -6:30 /7pm for all shifts! No Free Parking for first shift- they encourage people not to drive ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY DURING TRAINING 2-3 WEEKS IF YOU MISS TRAINING YOU WILL BE DROPPED FROM THE CLASS we are focused on bringing candidates in that have experience working in a medical setting ( hospitals, medical practices, health centers etc) and want to make sure that these positions are not advertised as call center positions. These positions are all onsite.
