Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Laptop Refresh Technician to support our organization’s device refresh initiatives. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of laptop upgrades — from provisioning and deployment to return and evaluation — ensuring a seamless experience for end users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track all upgrade activities to ensure timely and accurate laptop deployments.

• Coordinate deployments with end users, schedule device handoffs, and provide setup guidance.

• Pre-provision laptops using Microsoft Autopilot for hybrid Azure AD joined environments.

• Perform asset management for new laptop deployments and returns using ServiceNow.

• Follow up with end users’ post-deployment to ensure successful setup and usage.

• Retrieve old devices from end users and update asset records accordingly.

• Assess the returned hardware for remaining usable life, performing minor repairs as needed or recommending retirement.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency with Windows 11 setup and troubleshooting.

• Proficiency with all Microsoft 365 Suite products.

• Experience using Microsoft Autopilot for device provisioning.

• Knowledge of Hybrid Azure AD Join environments.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow for asset management and IT ticketing.

• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a user-focused mindset.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deployments concurrently.
