Job Title: Inventory Specialist – Material Management
Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized Inventory Specialist to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment. This role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory, preparing shipments, and ensuring on-time order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain inventory records and perform data entry
- Pick, label, and prepare orders for daily shipment deadlines
- Handle shipping, receiving, and cycle counting tasks
- Ensure accurate labeling and documentation of materials
- Work with team members to meet operational goals
Requirements:
- 1+ year of warehouse or shipping/receiving experience
- Strong attention to detail and computer/data entry skills
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in a fast-paced setting
- Time management skills to meet shipping deadlines
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
Work Schedule & Environment:
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Warehouse setting with occasional work in cold storage
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin, MA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
