Packaging Operator - Groveland, MA

What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our production process—turning bulk materials into finished, ready-to-ship products. Your day will include:
- Working from shop orders to package products in the correct size, type, and quantity
- Setting up and operating basic filling equipment with guidance
- Measuring and filling containers accurately to meet customer specifications
- Performing quality checks to ensure consistency and product standards
- Safely handling raw materials and finished goods
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Using hand tools and equipment for setup and light adjustments
- Monitoring equipment performance and reporting any concerns
- Collaborating with team members to meet production and delivery goals

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
