Hybrid/Remote Online Banking Specialist (Bilingual – Spanish)

Position: Online Banking Specialist
Start Date: First week of June 2025
Interview Availability: ASAP
Location: Lynn, MA
Schedule: Training is on-site for 2 months (Monday–Friday). 100% remote after training.
Pay Rate: $21-24/HR (Depending on experience)
Remote Schedule: Monday–Friday & Must be comfortable with a Saturday shift from 9 AM – 3 PM on occasion.
Shift: Monday–Friday (8 hours within hours of operation) 7 AM – 8 PM. Shifts will be consistent.

Job Description:
• Take upwards of 75-100 inbound calls to assist customers with various banking needs
• Maintain a detailed knowledge base of banking products, services, policies, products, and maintenance and regulatory requirements
• Handle a diverse array of complex customer situations with minimal supervisory assistance by making sound decisions that minimize risk to both the banker and customer
• Actively listen to and determine the full extent of customer needs while appropriately applying different approaches to affect the desired outcome
• Utilize strong verbal and written skills to effectively communicate with customers
• Handle basic customer complaints and problems with minimal assistance; recognize personal limitations in an acceptable time frame and initiate requests for assistance to appropriate personnel as needed
Education and requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED minimum is required.
• Must be bilingual in Spanish.
• 4-5+ Years of high-end customer service experience.
• Call Center experience preferred but not required
• Strong technical aptitude and learning capabilities (will be using multiple systems and monitors)
• Proven previous job stability
Skills and Knowledge:
• Excellent written communication skills
• Excellent verbal and listening skills including good grammar, time of voice, and dictation
• Punctual and consistent work attendance is required
