Job Title: Engineering Technician

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Engineering Technician to design, build, and test prototype mobile robots. This role requires hands-on experience with electromechanical products and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and test prototype mobile robots.
• Create and implement test tools, fixtures, and facilities.
• Instrument systems and collect test data for development and failure analysis.
• Conduct product validation and verification tests in field or lab environments.
• Log data and outcomes meticulously and communicate them effectively within the team.
• Debug mechanical and electrical issues on prototype hardware and recommend solutions.

Essential Skills:

• Experience with electromechanical products, robotics, or automation.
• Hands-on ability for mechanical assembly, wiring, soldering, and instrumentation.
• Proficiency in reading mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with running software scripts to execute tests and knowledge of Linux, Python, Bash.
