Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Order Entry Coordinator to process and manage orders accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in order processing, data entry, and customer communication within the manufacturing industry. Responsibilities
- Process orders received, ensuring accuracy of pricing, codes, and nomenclature.
- Confirm orders with all pertinent information to customers in a timely manner.
- Provide updates on order status, ensuring clear expectations are set.
- Decipher and distribute requests to appropriate internal departments.
- Communicate efficiently with off-site corporate contacts.
- Set up customers to access the Web Portal to retrieve available documents.
Essential Skills
- 2 years of order entry and B2B experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (experience with SAP or Oracle is advantageous).
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Excel and Office.
Work Environment
The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, onsite for 5 days a week. Parking is included.
