This role focuses on supporting bottling line operations and general production activities in a busy manufacturing environment. You will load and package a variety of container sizes, work alongside conveyor systems, and ensure products are accurately labeled, boxed, and prepared for shipment while consistently following safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities- Work on the bottling line and in the production area to support daily manufacturing operations.
- Load empty bottles and containers of various sizes, including gallons, drums, and smaller containers, onto the line for filling.
- Place bottles on labeling machines and monitor the labeling process to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Remove finished, labeled products from the line and place them into boxes for packaging and shipment.
- Work next to conveyor systems, removing finished products and organizing them for palletizing and storage.
- Perform general production and packaging duties, including packing, palletizing, and basic line work tasks as assigned.
- Safely lift and move materials and products weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Operate or assist with forklift operations as needed, following all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in the bottling and palletizing sections.
- Arrive on time, be prepared to start work at the beginning of the shift, and reliably follow the established schedule.
- Follow all production, quality, and safety procedures to ensure consistent output and a safe work environment.
- Support occasional Saturday production needs when required to meet demand.
- At least 2 years of production experience in a manufacturing bottling environment.
- Proven experience working on production lines, particularly bottling or similar line work.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds safely and repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic experience with forklift operations in a warehouse or production setting (ideally some prior forklift use).
- Hands-on experience with general labor tasks such as packaging, packing, palletizing, and line work.
- Comfort working around conveyor systems and moving mechanical equipment.
- Strong reliability and punctuality, with a consistent track record of arriving on time and ready to work.
- Ability to follow instructions, adhere to production procedures, and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment.
- Capacity to work a full shift on your feet and perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards.
- Experience as a production technician or in a similar manufacturing role.
- Background in bottling, packaging, or warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with operating or working near forklifts, pallet jacks, and related material-handling equipment.
- Ability to work occasional Saturdays when production demands require.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail in handling products and packaging.
- Comfort working in a team-oriented environment with drivers, warehouse staff, and office personnel.

Work EnvironmentYou will work in a production bottling and palletizing area within a facility that employs approximately 25–30 people, including 8–10 office staff such as sales and operations personnel. The operation includes its own fleet of trucks, tractors, tankers for wine and alcohol, a trailer, and a 28-foot straight truck, supporting an active warehouse and logistics environment. The standard schedule is first shift, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with an expectation to arrive around 6:45 a.m. to be ready to start on the line at 7:00 a.m. During the summer, the shift adjusts to 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. to accommodate hotter temperatures. There may be occasional Saturday work as needed. The workday includes a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks, one at 10:00 a.m. and another later in the shift. The environment is active and hands-on, with regular lifting, standing, and working near conveyors, bottling equipment, and palletizing areas.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
