Job Title: Quality Assurance Associate


Job Description

This role involves providing clerical and administrative support related to documentation processes and systems. The position includes creating logbooks and other control-issued documents, maintaining the document archival room, filing and maintaining controlled documents and records, and ensuring files are accurate and easily retrievable. The role also requires scanning, verifying, and archiving documentation and records, performing general word processing tasks to ensure accuracy, and ensuring correct and timely input of database entries. Data input accuracy is critical. The successful candidate will participate in training on issues affecting their area of work and notify the manager of compliance questions and issues. Additional support and assistance on tasks and projects may be directed by management.


Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical and administrative support for documentation processes and systems.
  • Create logbooks and other control-issued documents.
  • Maintain and organize the document archival room.
  • File and maintain controlled documents and records accurately.
  • Scan, verify, and archive documentation and records.
  • Perform general word processing tasks to ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure the correct and timely input of database entries.
  • Participate in training related to job responsibilities.
  • Notify management of compliance questions and issues.
  • Provide additional support and assistance on tasks and projects as directed by management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Work Environment

The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with exact days and hours to be confirmed during the interview process. The environment is professional and may include working with VMS (Vendor Management Systems).


Compensation:$25.5
