Job Description
We are looking for a Fulfillment Coordinator to accurately input customer orders into our ERP system, ensuring all details are current and correct. You will respond to customer inquiries regarding their orders, resolving them promptly. This role involves creating and maintaining sales and work orders, coordinating inventory, managing parts shortages, and aligning cross-functionally. You will track shipments and communicate updates proactively, monitor key performance indicators for order accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and participate in continuous process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Accurately input customer orders into ERP, ensuring all information is correct and up to date.
- Respond to inquiries from customers regarding their orders and ensure timely resolution.
- Create and maintain sales orders and work orders.
- Coordinate inventory, manage parts shortages, and align cross-functionally.
- Track shipments and PODs, and communicate updates proactively to functional owners.
- Monitor key performance indicators for order accuracy.
- Troubleshoot order discrepancies, delayed shipments, or damaged goods, and communicate updates proactively to stakeholders.
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives for maximum efficiency in the order entry process.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Proficiency in Order Management Systems (OMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Typically 2-4+ years of experience in order fulfillment, supply chain, logistics, or a related administrative role.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hanover, MD.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
