Framing Carpenter – $27–$35/hr | Full-Time | Westbrook, ME

What You’ll Be Doing
- Install prefabricated wall panels in a multi-family building
- Perform framing work to ensure proper alignment and structural integrity
- Read and follow blueprints, layouts, and measurements
- Use power tools (saws, drills, nail guns) and hand tools efficiently
- Work closely with the foreman and team to keep projects on schedule
- Perform general carpentry tasks including framing and light finish work
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of framing experience (residential or multi-family preferred)
- Strong skills in layout, measuring, cutting, and installation
- Experience using power tools and hand tools safely
- Ability to read basic construction drawings and plans
- Personal tools and tool belt required
- Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Multi-family or large residential project experience
- Prefabricated panel installation or assembly
- Basic finish carpentry experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Work Environment
- Active construction site in Westbrook, ME
- Outdoor, non-climate-controlled environment with exposure to weather conditions
- Physical, hands-on role requiring proper PPE and jobsite attire

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.00 - $36.00/hr.
