Position Overview
Aerotek is seeking motivated Production Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in Biddeford, ME. In this role, you will be cross-trained across multiple departments, giving you the opportunity to develop a variety of manufacturing skills while working in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
As a Production Operator, your duties may include:
- Assembling products and components according to work instructions
- Operating and monitoring production equipment and machinery
- Packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipment
- Supporting daily manufacturing and production operations
- Following established safety procedures and quality standards
- Inspecting products to ensure accuracy and quality throughout the process
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
This position involves a combination of standing, sitting, and active movement throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods
- Previous experience with assembly, manufacturing, hand tools, or power tools is helpful but not required
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Portland, ME.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
