Lifecycle Project Manager (Engineering)
Overview
Seeking a highly driven Lifecycle Project Manager to support capital improvement projects within water or wastewater systems. This role focuses on managing projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, and provide regular reporting
- Coordinate closely with program controls and cross-functional teams
- Lead communication with internal stakeholders, operations, and external partners
- Oversee multi-discipline project teams, including operations and maintenance
- Develop and maintain project plans, cost forecasts, and schedules
- Monitor performance, track risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure adherence to established project management standards and processes
- Support permitting, regulatory coordination, and public outreach efforts
- Use project management systems to track and control project performance
- Collaborate with contractors to ensure cost and delivery expectations are met
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 4+ years of project management or related experience
- Strong project coordination and communication skills
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, and project risks
Preferred
- PE or PMP certification (or ability to obtain within 12 months)

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $111597.70 - $187445.49/yr.
Comprehensive benefits package effective the first of the month following 30 days of employment. This includes health, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, and team member discount programs. Retirement and Retirement Health Savings are effective the first day of employment.
