A Day in the Life: Customer Service Representatives in this role answer phone calls about the Passport Application process.
They record caller details in a computer system and use software to find information on passport policies and procedures.
CSR's answer inbound phone calls from individuals who have questions around applying for a Passport. They also check the status of applications using various computer systems. Ideal candidates are customer-focused, quick learners, good problem solvers, and great communicators.
Pay Rate = $22.68 per hour (this is accurate. Sorry it also says 24-26, that is incorrect)

Hours: There are two shifts and all candidates considered must be open to both shifts.
Opening shift – 8AM - 430PM, Closing Shift - 1:30PM - 10PM Mon-Friday
Location: Grand Rapids, MI (Onsite)
