Job Title: Operator
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated operators for a dynamic role that will initially be on the 1st shift from 6:45 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays. Starting late August, flexibility across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts will be required. From January onwards, the schedule will transition to rotating 12-hour day or night shifts. The role primarily involves standard machine operations, packaging, and moving parts and boxes within the plant.
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery efficiently and safely within the plant.
- Package products and move parts and boxes as required.
- Maintain production standards and adhere to safety protocols.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 6 months tenure at each previous job.
- At least 6 months of experience in manufacturing.
- Willingness to work with PPE and adapt to the clean room environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Flexibility to work across different shifts as needed.
- Ability to adhere to strict cleanliness and temperature-controlled protocols.

Work Environment
The work environment is a large facility requiring considerable walking between buildings and areas. Operators will work in a clean room setting, which requires wearing protective garb such as a beard net if applicable. The space is meticulously clean, temperature-controlled, brightly lit, and adheres to high organizational standards such as 5S3K.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
