Job Description
This role is responsible for leading cross-functional teams to successfully execute customer programs from launch through production. The Program Manager oversees project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to meet customer expectations. Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, this role manages communication, resolves issues, and drives program performance in a fast-paced, high-mix composites environment. The position also plays a key role in continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing processes and supporting new business opportunities. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, a technical understanding of manufacturing processes, and the ability to drive results while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute customer programs from launch to production.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Ensure alignment across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
- Manage communication and resolve issues.
- Drive program performance in a fast-paced, high-mix composites environment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
- Support new business opportunities.
- Program Management, ideally in aerospace manufacturing setting.
- Quality Management System.
- Experience with AS 9100 or Aerospace and Defense.
- Customer interaction skills.

- CAD Background - SolidWorks.
- CNC Shop Experience, tooling, and fixture design.
This role will primarily be floor-based with elements in an office setting. The work environment is dynamic, allowing for solving real manufacturing and engineering challenges on the floor. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Holland, MI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $36.00 - $43.00/hr.
