Job Title: Project Architect

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in Revit
  • Extensive knowledge in Architecture and Construction documentation
  • Experience in Architectural design and Construction administration
  • Skill in AutoCAD and Design development
  • Ability to create and manage Construction drawings

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
  • Licensed Architect with 5+ years of experience or 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Accreditation is a plus
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD is desirable

Job Description

As a Project Architect, you will lead design development and documentation, ensuring design integrity while maintaining technical accuracy.


Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Project Managers to manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Coordinate with consultants and in-house engineering teams.
  • Develop and oversee construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Ensure quality and compliance with codes and standards.
  • Support and mentor junior architects and interns in technical development and project workflow.
  • Participate in client meetings to communicate design intent and progress effectively.
  • Provide support during the Construction Administration phase with submittal reviews, RFIs, site visits, and punch lists.
Compensation:$43.27
