Hiring a Maintenance Technician in Saline, MI!
SHIFT:
1st shift: 7am-3pm
2nd shift: 3pm-11pm
3rd shift: 11pm-7am x1
OVERTIME: Employees must work every other weekend both Saturday and Sunday. 1.5x pay for OT after 40 hours, 2x pay on Sundays.
Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain all machines and equipment in the PLE department
- Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment
- Conduct daily equipment checks during production
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems, including PLC-related issues.
- Manage spare parts inventory
- Use electrical schematics to diagnose malfunctions.
Essential Skills
- At least 2 years of electrical maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong PLC troubleshooting skills, including the ability to diagnose and correct control-related issues.
- Hands-on experience working with 480V electrical systems.
- Knowledge of three-phase motors and related wiring and controls.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.
- Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting on production machinery.
- Mechanical aptitude and experience performing mechanical repairs and adjustments on equipment.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting skills for both mechanical and electrical systems.
- Organizational skills to manage and document spare parts inventory accurately.
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance tasks systematically and according to schedule.

This is a Permanent position based out of Saline, MI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $65000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
